At least 605 rural women, representatives of religious associations, agriculture cooperatives, NGOs and civil society of Kwanza Norte, Kwanza Sul and Malanje provinces participate since Tuesday at an upgrading course on training and female leadership.
The training action is promoted by the National Committee for Promotion of Rural Women (COMUR) and aims at strengthening women in competencies and knowledge that allow boost various activities to fight hunger and poverty.
The participants at five-day event will learn tactics related to participation of rural women in development of the country, rural entrepreneurship, as well as problems and challenges in different social sectors.
