A seminar on domestic violence law gathers staff of National Police in Luanda, under the promotion of the Association of Support to Police Women of Angola (AAMPA).
During the meeting, the police members will learn about a case related to domestic violence.
Speaking to Angop, the chairperson of AAMPA, Elisa Dias, said that the association will keep working toward awareness of people with a view to punish all those practicing violence actions within society.
However, she asked the participants to convey the information in the family, friends and colleagues.
The two-day event will discuss: "Law on domestic violence", "Skill and family counselling" and "police role in the cases of domestic violence".
