They made the call yesterday at the consultative forum on economic empowerment for women in Nigeria organized by the ministry and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) in Abuja.
Earlier, UN Resident Coordinator, Mr Daouda Toure, said there was need to increase the number of women entrepreneurs and the size of their businesses by giving them access to financial instruments, training and advisory services.
