The eighth Women in Leadership Conference set for November 4-8 at the Laico Regency in Nairobi, will see participants from all over the African continent.
The conference aims at outlining how women leaders can redefine power and traditional leadership to achieve the triple bottom line of personal fulfillment, extraordinary business results and positive social change.
The theme is 'Project Leadership' and the two vital skills will be impacted to the attendees are technical and personal skills. It is organised by International Renaissance Centre, a management development organisation in Nairobi. It incorporates training and convenes conferences with the aim of bringing managerial cadre from the continent together to learn from each other.
The hosting of the Women in Leadership Conference is in conformity to part of International Renaissance's mandate of convening conferences to offer a forum of peer learning and education.
